So, how do we get back on track?
- Get into a routine – Once you get into a rhythm it will be easy to form good habits
- Set Goals – What do you want to accomplish in the future? Make a list. Write them down and get to work. Be competitive with yourself and not others.
- Remember that everyone is in the same boat – Many of us feel the anxiety and stress as we try to navigate through the “new normal”. Rest assured, your friends, family and teammates are most likely feeling the same way. It may be easier to get back on track knowing that you’re not alone.
This way, I can assure you that the SUMMER of 2021 will be our greatest yet!
