Director, BLSA – Lacrosse, Fitness

Rachel Milim’s first visit to Brant Lake was at six months old and has been a part of the Brant Lake family ever since. As the Director of Brant Lake Sports Academy, Rachel oversees the day-to-day running of the camp, including the health and happiness of all the girls.
Rachel earned her BS in Sociology from Cornell University where she also excelled on the lacrosse Field. Rachel was named Captain of the team her senior year and was selected to the All-Ivy and Regional All-America teams. In high school, Rachel was a two-time captain of her varsity basketball team where she earned All-County honors and captained her Varsity lacrosse team as well, earning All-County and All-America honors.
Post-college Rachel worked as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer taking on both adults and children as private clients. She also taught fourth grade PE and coached tennis, swimming, basketball and lacrosse at The Dalton School for 6 years.
Currently, Rachel is the president of Byram Hills Youth Lacrosse where she spearheads the youth program and coaches young girls ages 8-18. She also helps to run the Yellowjackets North club lacrosse program.
Rachel’s competitive edge has never left as she has completed marathons, triathlons and century rides and still plays tennis and basketball competitively on a weekly basis. Rachel resides in Armonk, NY with her husband, Matt and three children, Ryan, Sam and Jack.
